William F. Riley, Jr.
Mr. Riley was admitted to the bar in 1981 until his appointment to the bench in 1995. As a practicing attorney, Mr. Riley represented the State of Georgia in both civil and criminal matters, having tried hundreds of jury trials and having argued in thousands of hearings. Mr. Riley was appointed to the bench in 1995 and served first as a judge and later as the Chief Judge of Atlanta Municipal Court. In his role as a judge Mr. Riley developed the Atlanta Olympic Court, the nationally recognized Atlanta Community Court and spearheaded the consolidation of the City Court of Atlanta with the Atlanta Municipal Court. When he retired as Chief Judge in 2004 Mr. Riley returned to private practice. He primarily focuses on municipal law, eminent domain and development authority representation. Mr. Riley is currently the Acting City Attorney for the City of Johns Creek, GA and the Solicitor for the City of Sandy Springs, GA. Mr. Riley has held memberships, offices and/or honors in the following: Central Atlanta Progress Civilian of the Year, United Way-Enterprise Foundation Community Safety Partnership Board Chair, Salvation Army Advisory Board Member, initial recipient of the Atlanta Planning Advisory Board's President's Award, two time recipient of the Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism and the State Bar of Georgia's Certificate of Achievement for Outstanding Achievement for Outstanding Service, Advisor to the Governor's Homeless Academy Task Force, Commissioner on the Regional Homeless Commission, United States Justice Department Atlanta Weed and Seed Steering Committee Seed Committee Chair, Mary Hall Freedom House Advisory Board and Adjunct Professor National Judicial College. Andrew A. Lewis
Mr. Lewis combines his legal expertise and training, with his business acumen and education to help companies realize their greatest potential. Cecil G. McLendon, Jr.
Mr. McLendon has an extensive legal background in the areas of real estate transactions, litigation, and eminent domain. Mr. McLendon has also practiced local government law representing both governmental entities and well as citizens in their individual capacities regarding governmental matters. Mr. McLendon's clients have included numerous local governments, utilities, and individual property owners. Mr. McLendon is currently an assistant City Attorney in the City of Sandy Springs and Johns Creek, and has been an Assistant Magistrate Judge with Cobb County, Georgia since 1998. Mr. McLendon earned his J. D. from Georgia State University where he was a member of the Georgia State University Law Review.

Don Hicks
Don Hicks, through his years of experience in real estate law, brings old time attention to detail and commitment to quality in real estate transactions. Mr. Hicks has practiced real estate law with both large and small law firms. He combines his legal conscientiousness, with a consciousness for his clients' needs, resulting in excellent legal service. Mr. Hicks is Magistrate Judge in Cobb County. Scott Hastey
Scott Hastey's practice focuses on real estate transactions, municipal law, and general litigation, including the areas of contracts, real estate, and commercial and construction litigation. As part of his representation of small businesses, Mr. Hastey facilitates business transactions while protecting his clients' interests through drafting contracts, reviewing documents, and assessing liability when disputes arise. Mr. Hastey is also an Assistant Solicitor for the City of Sandy Springs, where he prosecutes misdemeanor offenses occurring within the corporate limits of the city. Mr. Hastey received his J. D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and his B.S.B.A. from Auburn University in 2000, where he majored in Finance. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2004 and is admitted to practice law within the trial courts of the State of Georgia.

Lenny Felgin
 Leonid Felgin recently graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law, 19th in a class of 181 students. While in law school, Mr. Felgin participated in the award-winning Georgia State University Moot Court, as well as being Treasure of the Student Bar Association, and being part of the prestigious Federalist Society. While studying law, Mr. Felgin's legal experiences varied from clerking for a solo practitioner in Lawrenceville to being a research assistant in the field of Intellectual Property. Mr. Felgin's experience in government related law fields include being the Governor's Intern for the Department of Human Resources of the State of Georgia, where he helped set-up the new Guardianship Program for the Division of Aging. Mr. Felgin also interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia, where he drafted indictments and legal briefs, as well as participated in the capacity of an AUSA under the 3rd Year Practice Act in several hearings in ongoing cases. Mr. Felgin is fluent in Russian as well as conversational in Spanish and Hebrew.
Melissa Williams Gilbert
Melissa Williams Gilbert is a native Mariettan who has been practicing law in Cobb County since 1997. She has extensive appellate experience, as well as numerous trial court appearances. Although she represents her clients zealously, she believes in pursuing settlement or alternative dispute resolution wherever possible. Her practice has been focused primarily on fiduciary, estate, and probate law, but she is competent in all areas of contract, tort, and business litigation. Prior to attending law school, she spent several years working as a lobbyist and legislative assistant, representing large corporation's interests. She is a graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, Florida State University, and Marietta High School. An active member of the community, she is a former chairman and board member of Cobb Landmarks and Historical Society as well as the state and local bar associations.
